Making a Purchase

Payment can be made by phone using any of the leading credit or debit cards, except American Express.
A receipt will be supplied by post or with the purchased item.
We can arrange a quote for delivery. We use a tried and trusted company who respect furniture and provide two delivery men. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks of purchase, depending on route planning.We take delivery payment, at cost, at the time of purchase. The delivery company then contact you directly to arrange a date and time.
Alternatively, you may wish to arrange your own transport or pick up from us.
We realise that making purchases online is not easy when you haven't seen or examined the goods. We are happy to discuss items in more detail and, if required, will provide more detail on condition along with photographs.
Most items are 40-60 years old and have been in use and so a varying amount of marking, scuffing or indentation will be apparent. All items will have undergone basic cleaning and polishing, and where necessary an amount of refurbishment/restoration to make the items appealing without detracting from their period appeal.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with it we would like you to get in touch with us. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding all transportation costs) if the item falls short of your expectations, providing the item is returned to us in it's original condition, and within seven days of your receipt of it.
