Merry Wives 1960's fabric by Tibor Reich

A wonderfully bold and fresh fabric design from the late 1960's.
Merry wives was one of a whole series of Shakespeare themed designs produced in the late 60's as part of a brief from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre at Stratford upon Avon.
They were produced by Tibor Fabrics based in Stratford and this design was numbered 195.
This is a curtain length in good condition and measures 45" x 68.5" long.

A great example of bold and confident mid 60's Scandinavian textile design from Saini Salonen for Boras Fabrics, Sweden.
A pair of extra wide and very long curtains, 56" wide x 90" long, they are joined/seamed at 18" wide to get the extra width.
Condition is overall very good and rich in colour.

A superb set of 1960's curtains in a lovely colourway...we're not sure who designed the fabric or who it was produced by, but we do know we like them (a lot).
Condition is very good.

A double bedspread in the sought after Blue and Green Verdure colourway.
Size 45" wide x 94" long.
Condition is very good with little fading ( a small area is highlighted in the final photograph on one curtain where it has faded during a wash).
